Nutrition can be a vehicle for self-discovery and self-development, and that’s what makes this practice so impactful. Physical health is fantastic, but Comprehensive Health is the real goal: the kind of health that encompasses not only your physical body, but also enhances your mind and rejuvenates your spirit.
